In general, recombinant proteins can be used as protein standard and in cell biology research applications.This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the mature form (Met 1-Cys 188) of human CDC42 isoform 2 (P60953-2) fused to the GST tag at the N-terminus.Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.Formulation: Lyophilized in 20 mM Tris buffer, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5mM reduced Glutathione, pH 8.0. Contains 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80. Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower.
