Zysorbin was lyophilized in a solution containing 10 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, and when reconstituted in 100 ml of distilled water with 0.1% sodium azide, the product will produce a suspension of fixed and killed S. aureus, Cowan I strain. One ml of the 10% suspension is capable of binding at least 1.6 mg of rabbit IgG. The affinity of Zysorbin for antibodies makes it useful for antibody immobilization and purification, as well as for immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. For Research Use Only.
