In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the mature form of human EphrinA3 (NP_004943.1), residues 1 to 213, fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.Activity: Measured by its ability to compete with human EFNA3-Fc for binding to immobilized mouse EFNA6-His in a functional ELISA assay.Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower.
