It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard. This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 288) of human FCGR1A (NP_000557.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA 1. Immobilized CD64 at 10 µg/mlcan bind human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.39-25 ng/ml. 2. Scatchard analysis showed that the affinity constant (Kd) of CD64 bound to human IgG1 was 0.059 nM .Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
