It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard. This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Gln 208) of human FCGR3A (P08637-1), containing the 176 Phe/Val mutation, fused to a polyhistidine and AVI tags at the C-terminus. This protein is biotinylated. Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Protein A at 0.5 µg/well can bind human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.078-0.625 µg/mlwith 3 mg/mlof biotinylated human FCGR3A.Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
