Immobilized human TNFRSF4-His at 2 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind human TNFSF4-mouse Fc. The ED₅₀ of human TNFSF4-mouse Fc is 29 ng/ml.Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower.
