It can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in other research applications.This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 229) of human EFNB2 (NP_004084.1) fused to the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized human EFNB4-His at 2 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind human EFNB2-Fc with a linear range of 1-25 ng/ml. Immobilized human EFNB4 at 2 µg/ml(100 µl/well) can bind human EFNB2-Fc with a linear range of 1-125 ng/ml.Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
