In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding an N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 344) of influenza A virus, subtype H1N1 (A/California/04/2009), HA1 (ACP41105.1) fused to a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80.Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower.
