™ 17, and pDEST™24, proteinase K solution (2 µg/µl), pENTR™-gus positive control, One Shot® BL21-AI™ and Library Efficiency® DH5α™ Competent Cells. Store component cells and Clonase® enzyme mixes at -70°C. Store vectors at -20°C.
