Following immobilization of your antibody, use the coupled beads and the buffers supplied in the kit for co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) of proteins, intact protein complexes, or intact protein-nucleic acid complexes and to elute those complexes from the beads. All kit components are analytical grade and are compatible with protease and phosphatase inhibitors. The only thing you need to supply is the antibody of choice.
