方法：将 CELLection™ Dynabeads® 添加至样品。微球将在短暂孵育后结合肿瘤细胞。通过磁体快速分离结合微珠的肿瘤细胞，然后用提供的释放缓冲液从微珠释放肿瘤细胞。（CELLection™ Dynabeads® 包含 DNA 连接头，释放缓冲液中的 DNase 可切断连接头。）

注意：如果要对分离的肿瘤细胞进行去除分选，或者在分子应用中使用分离的肿瘤细胞，请使用同类产品 Dynabeads® Epithelial Enrich（商品货号 161-02)。这种产品包含相同的抗体，但在阳性分选后不从微珠释放细胞。

内容及储存 Each kit contains 5 ml CELLection™ Epithelial Enrich Dynabeads® coated with a monoclonal antibody towards the human Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCam). 2 vials Releasing Buffer Component 1 (DNase I) and 2 ml Relasing Buffer Component 2 are also supplied. Up to 2×10⁹ cells can be processed with this kit. Store components at 2-8°C.
