TAE Buffer is the most commonly used buffer for agarose DNA electrophoresis. To prepare a 1X solution, mix one volume of UltraPure™ 50X TAE Buffer with 49 volumes of distilled water. A 1X TAE Buffer solution contains 40 mM Tris-acetate and 1 mM EDTA with a pH of 8.3 at 23C.Performance and Quality Testing: No DNase activity detected. 规格
