The DS-01 Matrix Standard Set contains 4 oligonucleotides respectively labeled with dROX™, dTAMRA™, dR6G, and R110 dyes, pre-pooled in a single tube. This product is specially formulated for the 3130⁄XL Genetic Analyzers to build spectral matrices for BigDye® terminator and dRhodamine sequencing (dROX™, dTAMRA™, dR6G, dR110 dyes). The Matrix Standard Set DS-01 is used to generate the "multi-component matrix" required when analyzing dROX-, dTAMRA-, dR6G-, and dR110-labeled DNA fragments on the 3130⁄XL Genetic Analyzers. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostics procedures.
