金山科研平台，产品价格货期咨询微信：jinshanbio 描述 The dye-labeled oligonucleotides included in the Matrix Standard Set DS-02 (dR110, dR6G, dTAMRA™, dROX™, and LIZ® dyes) for the 310 system are used to generate the multicomponent matrix required for the SNaPshot® Multiplex System on the 310 Genetic Analyzer. The 310 Data Collection software then utilizes the multicomponent matrix to automatically correct for the spectral overlap in samples labeled with DS-02 dyes. Matrix standards do not need to be run with every set of sample injections. This set of five matrix standards only needs to be run once in order to generate a matrix file which is then applied to samples run under similar conditions. For more information on the use of matrix standards, please refer to the instrument User's Manual. This matrix standard is to be used on 310 Genetic Analyzer only. 规格
