内容及储存 The GeneAmp® Fast PCR Master Mix contains a hot start polymerase system that does not require an activation step and has been optimized to decrease the overall PCR amplification time. The Fast PCR Master Mix is provided at 2X concentration for easier preparation of PCR reactions requiring only the addition of primers and templates. The GeneAmp® Fast PCR Master Mix contains two tubes (1.25 mL each) sufficient for 125 20µL PCR reactions. The Fast PCR Master Mix can also be ordered without a protocol.
