The TaqMan® Protein Expression Assay Kit (Human CSTB) contains the assay probes and a dilution buffer for the labelling of human cystatin-B protein (hCSTB) in cell lysates prepared using the Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit. The assay probes consist of two oligonucleotides conjugated to antibodies that bind to separate epitopes of the hCSTB protein.
