The microRNA targets represented in Human Pool A tend be better characterized, more broadly expressed and⁄or expressed at a higher level when compared to the Human Pool B while the microRNA targets represented in Human Pool B tend to be less well characterized, more narrowly expressed and⁄or expressed at a lower level compared to the Human Pool A.
