Description: This YKIX716.13 monoclonal antibody reacts with canine CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen. CD45 is expressed by all hematopoietic cells except red blood cells and platelets. CD45 exists as multiple isoforms due to alternative splicing. The C-terminal domain of CD45 exhibits tyrosine phosphatase activity that enables signaling by T cell and B cell receptors following activation.This monoclonal antibody recognizes all isoforms of CD45. In addition, when used in conjunction with YKIX753.22, this antibody has been reported to promote cell depletion via antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
