The Lineage Cocktail 3 (lin 3) contains FITC-Conjugated antibodies that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils. It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, and CD20. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16 and CD56, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 3.

Sidenote

CD3 is expressed on all T lymphocytes. CD14 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and eosinophils. CD19 and CD20 are expressed on B lymphocytes.
