Pre-incubation will not effect the specific Enterovirus activity. The Coxsackie B, Echovirus, Enterovirus, Pan-Enterovirus Blend and Poliovirus Blends are intended for in vitro diagnostic use in indirect fluorescence screening for the presumptive identification of viral isolates obtained in culture.
