Tandem-repeated Ubiquitin binding entities (TUBEs), which consist of multiple tandem Ubiquitin-binding UBA motifs, have been developed for the isolation and identification of ubiquitinated proteins. TUBEs show increased affinity for poly-Ubiquitin moieties compared to single UBA motifs.
