The kit includes Clone 4G10 conjugated to Europium, a tyrosine peptide substrate and a universal detection system, HTRF®. An increase in the HTRF® signal is observed as a result of the kinase activity. Inhibitor compounds can be screened during the kinase reaction for an IC50 value determination.
