§ 检测原理：ALPCO 小鼠C-肽 ELISA设计用于检测小鼠血清中C-肽含量。ALPCO小鼠C-肽ELISA是一个夹层式免疫分析试剂盒。96孔微型板涂有一层C-肽特异性单克隆抗体。检测分析使用有机合成C-肽蛋白分子量标定。将标准品，对照物和样品加到孔中和配体物混合。后放微孔板摇床上温育，700－900rpm。第一次温育结束，用清洗缓冲液清洗小孔并吸干。加TMB作用底物，第二次温育，700－900rpm。第二次温育完成，加终止液，调节分光光度计到450nm测定光密度（O.D.）。由于光密度与样品中C-肽含量成比例，所以可以根据O.D.值计算出C-肽含量。

§ 检测过程：各移取10µl标准品，对照品和样品到每个小孔中→移取100µl结合物到每孔中（配制方法参照说明书）→密封微孔板，放在微孔板摇床上室温温育2小时，700-900rpm→清空小孔，350µl清洗缓冲液清洗三次（每次清洗具体方法不一样，参照说明书）→每孔添加100µlTMB作用底物→密封微孔板，放在微孔板摇床上室温温育10分钟，700-900rpm→每孔添加100µl反应终止液，轻摇混合，清除气泡再准备下一步操作→放在微孔板读数器，调节分光光度计到450nm读数（30分钟内）
