Microseal 'B'密封膜为透明的聚酯薄膜，密封性能良好，耐温范围广，最适合用于RT-PCR热循环。Microseal 'B' seals可单独出售，也可以与Optical Film Sealing Kit(MSO-1001)一起出售。大多数的PCR板密封膜都适合用于96-孔和384-孔PCR板。
