Preparation and Storage
Preparation: The antibody was purified from ascites or tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. Storage: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C.
Caution
Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
