Thermometer includes two surface-contact Type K thermocouple probes; also accepts Types J, K, T, E, R, S, and N thermocouple probes with flat-pin (mini) connectors.

Thermometer has min./max. memory, a real-time clock, and automatic shut-off.

Operates on six AAA batteries (included). CE approved.
